 Vishwas Sansthan is a professionally managed not for profit development agency working in Raebareli and Unnao district of Uttar Pradesh. Part form SHG and women health programs, Vishwas Sansthan have been engaged in an innovative Goat based livelihood development project supported by Sir Dorbaji Tata Trust. Sansthan is looking for a dedicated person qualified in agriculture/Management who can lead the local team and provide strategic guidance and capacity building support to the staff.

The position calls for committed development professional having high field orientation and development values. Organisation believes in democratic and vale based leadership and nurtures such spirit. The person is expected to lead by example and may have to work across weekends to achieve beyond stated targets.

S/He should be willing to enjoy the field interactions with poor families and has analytical bend of mind to understand existing conditions and new challenges. Women candidates are encouraged to apply.

The position will report to the organisation Secretary.

The gross monthly remuneration for the post is Rs 10000 and excludes local conveyance reimbursements. Post has three months probation.
